sample was collected about 10 yards from the receding water line, water of the bayou was about at 70% capacity during the time of collection because of a series of heavy rain falls from the weeks leading up to the collection which included a heavy flooding during memorial day weekend 2015. This meant that the location of collection was resting in standing water.
