The tube labeled Week 0 was obtained, 4 tubes were obtained, each of them labeled with the types of solutions that were inside the tube, 2 tubes labeled with Sulfur S Media, the other 2 with Carbon S Media, along with the four tubes, 2 tubes that were labeled with SSM contained two different types of pesticides, one with Methyl Parathion and the other with Paraoxon, same labeling goes with the CSM labeled tubes 1uL of soil inoculation is placed in each of the tubes and placed in a special rotating incubator that keeps the solutions at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius at 120 rpm for one week straight
