the 4 tubes from week 2are obtained, during this process, 4 new tubes of the same pesticides and media are obtained, during the process the new label as week 3, 200uL of the solution from week 2 are placed in their corresponding tubes for week to and placed back into the rotating incubator with the same temperature of 30 degrees Celsius for a span of a week.
