Muddy soil from creek that surrounds a trail with a variety of plants and wildlife species.

Paraoxon plate showed 5 colonies, three in which were able to degrade the OP compound.  Meanwhile, Methyl Parathion plate showed 5 visible colonies along with an overgrowth of colonies, but they were only tolerable to the pesticide.
