Initial meeting to introduce everyone and get an overview of the coming schedule and agenda. Participation will be available at the UH location or via Skype.

- 10:15 AM – 12:00 PM – Conference call with participating institutions
- 10:30 AM – 10:45 AM – Overview – Iyer
- 10:45 AM – 11:15 AM – Web portal – Kudrle
- 11:15 AM – 11:45 AM – Evaluation – Jennifer and Gary
- 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM – Discussion and Questions – Gary Skuse (RIT), Teri Maness (LTU), Richard Griffin (Prairie View A&M) , Roger Gold (SUSU) , John Matula (ACC)
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Break
- 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM – Face to face meeting with evaluation to discuss project evaluation and assessment.
